Today we studied the passages of Palm Sunday.  Kings usually have some flair and a taste for the exquisite.  Take for instance the king of our neighboring country Swaziland.  While his country and his people are in shambles, he buys his wives expensive vehicles and builds lavish palaces.
If we follow Jesus, then we come to know Him as the God who chose a donkey as His ride.  His donkey didn’t have a sticker saying, ‘My other ride is an Arabian stallion.’  Jesus chose a lowly donkey.  The higher up we go the lower down we should grow, a radical inversion for me and our community.
