Whoever joins God’s liberation movement must be content to
spend time in the wilderness, to live in tents and not to know what the morrow
brings.  We seek God’s will so that
we can let our lives unfold according to his design.  We look “forward to a city founded, designed and built by
God” (Heb 11:10)

If you are tempted to settle down, to call the journey off,
nail these words over the door of your house, “If they have been thinking of
that land from which they had gone out, they would have had opportunity to
return.  But as it is, they desire
a better country” (Heb 11:15) – Elizabeth O'Connor, Letters to scattered Pilgrims.
